Gift vouchers are now available to order for any number of personal training sessions. All new clients will also recieve a full consultation and the option of a body composition analysis as part of their session.

Sessions are, of course completely tailored to the client and can take the shape of anything from boxercise to hiit, weights to yoga.

All vouchers are printed double sided on top quality card and come with matching envelope. I can post free of charge within the UK or you can collect from myself at The Gym, Strood.
