Welcome to Vicara Yoga & Personal Training. My name is Vicky. I’m 51, and a fully qualified and experienced personal trainer, kettlebells instructor, fitness coach and yoga teacher. I specialise in strength training, flexibility and nutrition for women over 35, particularly those approaching or going through menopause. I do of course also have many happy and successful male clients who want to get leaner, stronger, to move better and feel fitter.

I work with yoga or personal training clients in their homes, workplaces or venues in and around the Medway area. Most people enjoy working on a one to one basis but many also like to share sessions with a partner or friend.

I also teach weekly group yoga classes in Medway as well as private yoga sessions and workshops for corporate and private events.

I’ve been training with Vicky for over a year and she has revolutionised the way I work out and the way I view nutrition. Before I trained with Vicky I was in a bit of a training rut but thanks to her I feel healthier & stronger than I ever have. Sessions are fun, challenging, force me to push myself and keep me motivated. I cannot recommend Vicky highly enough.

Vicky trained me when I was preparing for my marathon. We worked hard and achieved great results. I would definitely recommend her to anyone preparing for a race whether its a 5k or 40k.
