Join me at the stunning location of Elmley Nature Reserve on the Isle of Sheppey for a blissful day of nature, yoga and tranquility.

Elmley’s 3,300 acre expanse of wilderness is the perfect setting for our retreat. I have taught yoga here many times and never fail to be moved by its scale, energy and of course wildlife. Feel like you’ve had a week away in just one day. A day to breathe, unplug, tune in and connect with yourself, your surroundings and with nature.

All classes will be suitable for all levels including beginners.

This is not a day packed with activities, but a day to slow down, unplug and reconnect. Everything below is included in your day but you are free to join as much or as little as you wish.

Yoga Classes in Medway 2024 (six week courses)

Tuesdays 10am - 11am Yoga for Relaxation & Wellbeing

What can I expect?
This is a slower paced class than our Thursday class with the focus on creating calm and relieving stress. Expect a soothing environment, breathwork & pranyama, stress relieving stretchy postures and lots of relaxation tips and techniques.

Is this class suitable for beginners?
Yes this is a gentle Hatha yoga class with elements of Yin. Its also perfect for people who want a deeper stretch and release as there will progressions offered so that everyone can get the most out of the class and leave feeling stretched, released, calm and centred.

Thursdays 10am - 11am - Yoga for strength & Flexibility

What can I expect?
A Hatha / Vinyasa yoga class suitable for all levels designed to cultivate strength and flexibility in body, mind and spirit. This class is fairly physical (you may break a little sweat!)with the focus on connecting breath with movement. Modifications are offered throughout so you can work within your ability or experiment outside your comfort zone should you choose to!

Expect classic postures, stretches, twists, folds, strength and core strength work and balances. Suitable for all levels including enthusiastic beginners.

Private Group Bookings

Hen parties, birthdays and other celebrations can be a wonderful time to come together for a fun or relaxing yoga class just for you and your friends. I can visit your venue or hotel, supply mats and all props as well as music. Themes and styles can be totally tailored to your requirements.

Private 1 to 1 Yoga Sessions

One to one private clients and small group classes available at your home, garden or workplace. Many clients combine personal training strength, weights with yoga. Please message for further details.

Free Yoga Classes

I offer free places within every class I each to anyone with a love of yoga on low income. Please message me for details and to take up a place in any class. Free full classes and events also take place, please follow social media for details.


I have been attending Vicky’s yoga classes for just over a year and absolutely love her style of communication and teaching. I have tried different classes over the years, but I continue to really look forward to and benefit from Vicky’s classes. They are a real joy! She puts in lots of effort to vary our classes and adds little welcoming touches to our intimate venue, including relaxing music and lighting, which I’m sure helps us all really chill.
