Hot flushes, stubborn weight changes, low energy, achy joints, brain fog, restless nights… it’s a lot. Add the overwhelm of conflicting fitness advice, and it’s no wonder many women feel stuck, confused and give up before they’ve even started…

Menopause and perimenopause can feel like your body has changed the rules overnight. Early signs can begin in your late 30s or early 40s and can often include less familiar symptons like forgetfulness, mood swings, as well as changes in periods. While these shifts are a natural stage of life, they can feel unsettling and exhausting.

The good news? With the right combintation of movement, nutrition, and stress management, you can feel more in control of your body and mind again. And it doesn’t have to be complicated.

That’s where I come in…

I help hormonal women in their 40s, 50s and beyond rebuild strength, regain energy, and feel at home in their bodies again. My approach is different:

  • Strength training to support bone health, boost metabolism, and keep you strong for everyday life (and hey, no one ever complained about getting a bit leaner and more defined right?)

  • Yoga to calm a busy mind, ease stress, and keep your body flexible, feeling good, moving smoothly and injury free.

  • Nutrition support to cut through the noise and fuel you in a way that actually works at this stage of life.

It’s not about punishing workouts or restrictive diets, it’s about creating a genuine balance that feels good and fits your lifestyle. Something you can maintain and sustain long term for consistent results.

I will coach you privately in the comfort and convenience of your own home and bring everything we need for our sessions. Many clients love to combine weights sessions with yoga for incredible results that feel amazing.

Yoga Classes

Yoga with me is about creating balance both in your body and mind. I offer weekly Yin Yoga (for calm, stillness and meditation) and Vinyasa Yoga for strength, flexibility and stamina).

Together or as stand alone classes, they help you find harmony: slowing down when life feels hectic, and building vitality when you need a lift.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have years of practice, my classes are designed to suit all abilities and give you the space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

I currently offer Tuesday and Thursday morning Yin and Vinyasa classes at Chatham Maritime Watersports Centre. See booking below for dates, courses and full details.
