My philosophy has always been to train smarter, not harder and my programmes are designed for maximum time effectiveness because I totally get how difficult it is to fit in the time to workout.

Train with me in the comfort of your own home, outdoors or at your workplace and I will bring everything we need to every session.
I have a natural passion for exercise and movement but if you had to pin me down to specialisms, I love core, flexibility, strength and yoga. I can also deliver a sweaty Hiit or Boxfit session very happily! I’ll often use large compound movements that engage the entire body with freeweights or using just your own bodyweight.
When you work with me, you’ll also learn about nutrition, diet and healthy eating for your needs whatever that might be, from weight loss to muscle gain, feeling more energetic
I understand the obstacles life puts in the way and will help you plan, prepare and get on top of a demanding and busy lifestyle which can hamper the best intentioned efforts at healthy eating.
You will be in safe hands. There’s a reason I have so many committed long term clients. Of course, there is lots of hard work, sweat and dedication but there is always a mutual understanding, trust and respect too plus a good few laughs.
